ACC Annual Meeting Session on Contract Automation

I’m delighted that on Monday, October 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., I’ll be in Boston, taking part in a panel discussion at the annual meeting of the Association of Corporate Counsel. The session is entitled “Self-Service Contract Creation: Providing Better Service in a World of Frozen Budgets”—click here for more information. It’s being presented in cooperation with my friends at Business Integrity, developers of ContractExpress DealBuilder, the leading contract-automation software.

Also on the panel will be Karen Gray, U.S. general counsel of Christie’s, Inc., the auction house; Lars Johnson, general counsel of Quaker, a PepsiCo company; and Scott Rechtshaffen, a partner at Littler Mendelson PC, a law firm specializing in labor and employment law. We’re attempting something different, so I’m looking forward to it.

And during the rest of the ACC annual meeting, which runs until midday Wednesday, October 21, I’ll be hanging out at Business Integrity’s booth. It’s booth number 400, in the exhibition hall, by the main doors. If you find yourself roaming the exhibition hall, I hope you’ll stop by and give me the AdamsDrafting-blog secret handshake. If you’d like to schedule a rendezvous, contact me.
