I’d heard from the ABA that copies of the fourth edition of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting are now in inventory, but this tweet by @Bryan_Sims confirmed it:

Are there plans to issue the 4th edition with a spiral binding?
No. Like the Wire-O binding of the third edition, the hardback binding of the fourth edition allows the book to lie flat and remain open at a given page without the spine breaking over time. But the hardback binding has the advantage of not being as flimsy as the Wire-O cover.
