Now Offering In-House “Structure of M&A Contracts” Seminar

Hot on the heels of rollout of my webcast with Steven Davidoff, I’m now offering an in-house seminar built around my book The Structure of M&A Contracts.

Over the course of 2.5 hours, we’ll review the key topics, then consider a stripped-down contract cunningly edited to raise issues that the buyer or the seller would want to spot.

In a change from my practice with respect to my “Drafting Clearer Contracts” seminars, I’ll be distributing the M&A book to participants before the seminar. That would allow us to focus on the issues that are of greatest interest, rather than trying to cover the entire topic.

Seeing as I’m keen to get the show on the road, I’m offering this seminar at half my proposed rate to the first five AmLaw 200 firms to schedule the seminar. If that’s something you’d like to discuss, email me.
