“Drafting Clearer Contracts” Training for the First Three Months of 2025

At long last, go here for details of the initial Drafting Clearing Contracts training for 2025, consisting of three series of Masterclass and one presentation. (Go here for general information about Masterclass; go here for general information about my presentations.)

On the course site you’ll see links to testimonials. In recent years, I’ll done little blurb harvesting—it can be a little intrusive, and after you get enough testimonials, it can seem unnecessary. But people tend to say stuff unbidden, and I’m happy to pass on, without naming names. So here are two examples from recent Masterclass participants:

“This has been a great class! I will recommend that our junior associates attend future sessions.”

“It was a wonderful course! I am new to being in an in-house transactional role, so this course was incredibly helpful.”

And this month I experienced a first—a company that signed up for a private in-person presentation followed by a private series of Masterclass. The in-person presentation will introduce the contracts organization, collectively, to MSCD. That should make it easier to get buy-in. Masterclass is where the real work takes place. Because of what we’ll cover in the presentation, I’ll customize the Masterclass sessions to cover additional topics, including extracts drawn from the company’s templates.

In any event, I hope to see some of you in Masterclass or at a presentation.
