I’ve successfully given hosted seminars in Europe. (As described here, this year’s seminars in Europe are being hosted by the law firm Akin Gump and by SAP.) I thought that using the same arrangement in the U.S. would allow me to give seminars in cities where the economics are challenging.
I’m particularly pleased to be partnering with Proskauer’s L.A. office, as I’m lucky enough to count amount my professional contacts two luminaries of the corporate bar who are based in that office, Michael Woronoff and Steven O. Weise.
