Save the Date: “Drafting Clearer Contracts” Seminar 8 April 2014, Heidelberg, Germany

I’m delighted to announce that on 8 April 2014 I’ll be presenting a public “Drafting Clearer Contracts” seminar hosted by SAP, a world leader in enterprise software and software-related services. It will be held at SAP’s headquarters in Walldorf, outside of Heidelberg, Germany.

Earlier this year I did seminars in Hamburg and Copenhagen hosted by ECE, the shopping-center developer, and Maersk Line, the global container company, respectively. I’m not aware of any other continuing-legal-education speaker who has attempted such an arrangement, but it worked, so I’m doing it again. I feel honored that a company such as SAP should think it worthwhile to act as host. (I invite you to contact me if you’d like to explore hosting a future seminar.)

I’ll also be doing seminars in Geneva, Switzerland, hosted by my good friends at Akin Gump’s Geneva office, but I haven’t yet set the dates.

In November I’ll put up more information about the SAP and Geneva seminars and will start accepting registrations.
