Separation Agreement, Anyone?

Because my notion of a library of automated commercial contracts remains a distant prospect, what I have to offer in the way of contracts to copy is exceedingly limited.

There is, of course, my automated confidentiality agreement. (See this post and this article on LinkedIn.) It remains way better than anything else out there.

But I also have a separation agreement that I built from scratch for a consulting client with the help of one of my collaborators. It specifies the terms for an orderly end to employment. An employment lawyer vetted it. It’s not automated, but it has some alternatives built it. The odds are that it’s way better than whatever you’re currently using. If you’re a lawyer, I’d make it available to you for a modest flat fee. (For reasons explained in the article, I retain the copyright, even though I prepared it for a client.) If you would like my help to customize it further, I’d charge a modest consulting fee.

How modest would my flat fee be? My fees are geared to the needs of big companies.

If this is of interest, contact me.
