Two More Reviews of MSCD3

You can find on ContractsProf Blog two reviews of the third edition of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting. Go here for a review by Daniel D. Barnhizer, professor at Michigan State University College of Law, and go here for a review by Irma S. Russell, dean and professor at the University of Montana School of Law.

In this teaser post mentioning the reviews, the blog’s editor, Jeremy Telman, expressed the hope that some readers of the book would chime in. I invite you to do so.

  1. It’s somewhat difficult to add anything constructive to an encomium, sort of like gilding the lily, but I attempted a response to Barnhizer.

    • I know! I originally observed as much in this post, but I ended up deleting that bit: it seemed pointless to invite people to say something, then suggest that there’s not much chance of spirited debate, given the positive nature of the reviews.
