This is the first time I’ve gotten any real coverage outside of legal periodicals. I hope it’s a sign of increasing interest in clearer contracts in general and my approach in particular. Any thoughts?

  1. Significant mention in a respected non-US publication is great PR for your business Ken.

Interesting that a mega-firm such as Linklaters would publicly admit to using technology such as DealBuilder to produce initial drafts. Use of technology is an often unheard riposte to the “send work to a lower cost region” practice of many law firms and corporate legal departments.

  2. Congrats, Ken! I wouldn’t say that you are waging a “one-man crusade,” however. I’d say you’ve quite a few converts!
