Go here for my first post on LegalSifter’s blog. It’s about the different perspective that’s required when you’re reviewing rather than drafting, and it focuses on a provision you see sometimes in confidentiality agreements.
About the author
Ken Adams is the leading authority on how to say clearly whatever you want to say in a contract. He’s author of A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting, and he offers online and in-person training around the world. He’s also chief content officer of LegalSifter, Inc., a company that combines artificial intelligence and expertise to assist with review of contracts.
Is there a reason I can’t get the Legalsifter Blog to work on Feedly? Seems there’s no real rss feed, just a webpage called “blog” that gets periodically updated. Or am I just not very bright? https://uploads.disquscdn.com/images/5ac4089543ed3c97c0992d366722641f287224ab6eca7bf5218ae9db2412e57e.png
No, you’re right. That’s a shortcoming that will be fixed in due course.
We’ve fixed this! The RSS feed for LegalSifter’s Sifter Central Blog is now available. Four steps in Feedly: (1) select the green “Add Content” button in the bottom left corner, (2) select “Add Website,” (3) insert “https://www.legalsifter.com//blog-feed.xml”, and (4) select LegalSifter. That’s it.
