ContractExpress QuickStart + Koncision's NDA Template = Turnkey Contract Automation

I’m in Chicago for the Inside Counsel 2012 SuperConference. I’ll be on a panel later today; go here for the agenda.

But that’s not what this post is about. Instead, I wanted to mention that Business Integrity has launched ContractExpress QuickStart for NDAs. For a complete description, go here, but it’s essentially a prepackaged and hosted configuration that would allow a company to set up in less than one month a system for creating and managing confidentiality agreements.

Of course, ContractExpress comes without content. But any company investing in QuickStart should consider basing its QuickStart content on a customized version of Koncision’s template, which is of course already configured for ContractExpress. The result? Turnkey contract automation, resulting in faster implementation, higher quality, and reduced costs.

I know that many readers are allergic to any trace of self-promotion. But I think this is a compelling proposition that leaves in the dust the usual copying and pasting of stale verbiage. If your company struggles to handle the flow of confidentiality agreements or if you want to reduce the resources you devote to the task, you should investigate QuickStart plus Koncision.

You can do so by visiting Business Integrity’s desk at SuperConference or by emailing Business Integrity.
