Here are three early reactions to launch of Koncision’s first product:
Sean Doherty checked out Koncision and wrote about it in an extensive Law Technology News article entitled “Koncision Answers ‘Where’s the Content?’ for ContractExpress.com” (go here). Sean summed things up as follows:
If you generate a number of NDAs that require variation on a regular basis, then Koncision contract automation can facilitate an agreement and free up your associate attorneys for more important matters. I will look forward to seeing other contract templates and questionnaires as they become available from Koncision and Ken Adams.
Brian Rogers, aka theContractsGuy, wrote about Koncision in this blog post (entitled “Koncision: One Giant Leap”). Here’s the opening paragraph:
To compare Koncision’s launch of its first product to humanity’s first steps on the moon would be a bit of hyperbole to be sure, but Koncision does represent a major step toward rationalizing the provision of legal services.
That Sean and Brian took the trouble to scrutinize Koncision so thoroughly shows that we’re on the right track. But the third bit of feedback came from an unexpected quarter—a tweet by @jmdorsey:
Ken Adams may revolutionize contract drafting and save clients good $$ with his new automated contract drafting company www.koncision.com
I know Sean and Brian, but I’ve never crossed paths with John Dorsey. I found it gratifying that he happened upon Koncision and saw fit to summarize in a tweet exactly what Koncision is all about. If Koncision grabbed his attention, I can only assume that there are plenty others out there who are likely to be equally receptive.
Seems very promising to say the least!
