Of course, given Amazon’s predatory consumer-friendly pricing, they’re selling it for $47.22 rather than at the ABA price of $74.95—a 37% discount. That being the case, I thought it appropriate to switch all the buy-the-book links on my site from the ABA’s Web Store to Amazon.
