One-on-One Coaching

This week I start offering one-on-one coaching to someone from the procurement department of a major company. It will consist of eight one-hour video-chat sessions, one every couple of weeks. And for the next six months I’ll be available to answer that person’s questions, by video chat, phone, or email. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Different people learn differently. Some people might want the intense immersion in clear and effective drafting that one-on-one coaching offers. For others, my live seminars or webcasts might be the way to go. (That’s why I’ve belatedly started work on a new series of webcasts.) And yet others might find that MSCD is all that’s required.

Obviously, one-on-one coaching is time consuming, so I could work with only one or two people at a time. I’m offering it just to see how it works, and because it might allow me to solidify relationships with different organizations.
