“The Koncise Drafter” in the ABA Journal’s 2012 Blawg 100

In case it’s of interest to any readers, this blog was included in the ABA Journal’s 2012 Blawg 100. It’s nice to be noticed; thank you to those readers who saw fit to nominate this blog. Any such “best of” compilation is necessarily somewhat arbitrary, but I think the ABA Journal does a good job.

But I won’t be asking people to vote for this blog, as the popularity-contest component of the Blawg 100 seems beside the point.

  1. I second Brian’s comment.

I always enjoy visiting and reading what you and the commenters have to say, especially when I’m faced with work involving a long document drafted in the typical bloated style (every third word is “shall,” except when it’s “hereinafter”) and feel like I need to read the writing of someone sympathetic. Not to say that that’s how I’m spending this evening.
